NMCF is proud to help high school students across the state realize their educational dreams through several scholarship opportunities. Two scholarships now accepting online applications are the 505 Southwestern® New Mexico True Scholars and Aldo Leopold Charter School’s Ella, Michael, and Ella Memorial Scholarship.

505 Southwestern ® New Mexico True Scholars is a new scholarship intended for high school seniors statewide who demonstrate a commitment to making an impact in the agricultural industry in New Mexico. This scholarship program is a partnership between Flagship Food Group’s 505 Southwestern® brand and New Mexico True, a campaign of the state Tourism Department. Students can apply online here until the March 19, 2018 deadline.

The Aldo Leopold Charter School’s Ella, Michael, and Ella Memorial Scholarship was established in loving memory of Aldo Leopold Charter School students Ella Kirk, Michael Mahl, and Ella Myers who lost their lives in a small airplane accident in May of 2014. Graduating seniors from Silver City’s Aldo Leopold Charter School who are committed to community involvement and have an interest in music, arts, environmental science, and/or community sustainability are encouraged to apply. Students may apply online here until the February 28, 2018 deadline.
