For over a decade, NMCF has helped support families of children diagnosed with cancer or hematological diseases through the Bodhi Fund. At a time when families are focused on getting their children well, NMCF’s Bodhi Fund helps families with expenses such as mortgage, rent, and utilities back home, while they are out of state receiving treatments.
The Bodhi Fund started as a collaboration between NMCF, Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico, and UNM Children’s hospital. To date, the Bodhi Fund has granted more than $400,000 to the Children’s Cancer Fund to assist New Mexico families.
